Help!!!!!!

my garage door just broke and i don't have the money to get a new one. i checked everything and there's no obstructions at all, and now the arm just snapped off the back of the door so i doubt the door will work by motor. please help me out here because i need to get in and out to move things and it's not helping that the door won't open at all. thanx

what broke?

depending on what it is, you may need to call a GD company to come fix it. sounds like maybe your springs are not tensions or have broken. if this is the case, you WILL need to call a pro. the srpings can kill you easily.
