| Hello, can anyone help with info pertaining to my craftsman chain drive garage door opener. It is stuck down and when I hit the remote or push the button on the wall the same thing happens. Just one click and the light goes on. No movement. The senors appear to be lined up and the green light is on on the sensors. There is a yellow light in the back of the box. Could the motor be frozen? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ron |

| Pull down on the release rope and then run the opener. Does the trolley now move toward the open position. Is the trolley jammed against the header of the door? Is this a new install or an older unit? |
