Another garage door opener not working. I press the open/close button on any remote (hard wired wall or the two wireless) and the door will not open or close. The opener light turns on for the normal 4.5 mins but does not flash. I hear a click followed by another click about 5 seconds later. The light on the sensors are functioning normally. The send is green and so is the receive. When I block them, they function as they should (the garage light blinks 10 times) I don't believe it's the sensors. The indicator light blinks 5 times when i try to open/close the door. I've tried every setting on the force controls to no avail. I've released the garage door from the opener and tried everything i've mentioned here to no avail. I cracked open the case and the gears are well lubricated and in good condition. I've turned the spindle in the center of the motor with a pair of pliers and it does spin easily. I'm at a loss. Can you help? I I most certainly appreciate it. Chris
