Hi All,

I have a 12 year old concrete block garage with a slap floor that is leaking water after heavy rains. The water comes in thru the concrete block or thru the joint between the slab and block. I have used a sealer on the concrete block and this seems to work for a couple of years, then it starts leaking again. Since I sealed the concrete block and that stopped the water from leaking in, I believe that is where the water is leaking in from and not the joint between the slap and block. Does anyone have a permanent solution to this problem and I'm wonder why it only leaks from a portion of one wall and not all the walls.
