| Have a Sears Craftsman---When you program the hand-held remote, then the outside control unit won't work & vice-versa...I suspect the main door opener as the problem, since there are intermittant problems in setting up either one to get them to work....What say U??? |

| Your hand held remote needs to be replaced and they both will work. The intermittent problem is anyones guess. If the unit is over 10 years old I would replace it. |
