Wet spots on garage floor, hasn't rained in about 5 days

Recently bought a house and am now seeing wet spots appearing on the garage floor. The house has no basement and is on a slab built in 1968. Last rained heavily about 5 days ago, and very humid now, so maybe it has something to do with that? There are no leaks. No sure how to alleviate this. Also recently put in a wood floor inside the house in the family room that is on the same level as the garage so I'm a little concerned that is going to be wet underneath as well. Anyone have any ideas?

Could be condensation. Check the humidity in the garage. My idea of the best humidity level is 50%.

Do you know how to read the water meter to check for leaks?
