Garage Door wil not open

Garage door will not open with inside control on garage door wall or the remote. Green light on inside control is on. The inside control has #s 14SA438A and 14PC438A.
Sensor lights on each side of the bottom of the door are on (green). It is a Sears Craftsman model 139.5800SRT 1/2 HP made in 12/95.

Same problem/similar opener. Neither vehicle or wall remote will open door or will reprogram to work. Door opener receiver shot? Programming light does come on.
