| I have a 139.53962srt craftsman agarage door opener. The opener works fine.
Here is my issue. I just bought a remote keypad opener from Sears so my kids can get into the garage. I have gotten the keypad and fixed button in the garage to work. However now the remote for the door does not work. My question is - Can I use remote keypad and normal remotes together. I get them to work seperatly but not funtion together. So for now I use the remote keypad and fixed button in the garage. Is this normal? |

| It sure sounds like you were sold the wrong keypad. Take your model number with you and have them look up the correct one. |
