| My house was struck by lightning and one of my garage door openers (Craftsman 139.53977SRT) no longer works. After an hour of truble shooting I ave discovered that the motor is good, the wired remote wireing is good the sensors are working and alighned. I can get the opener to run in the down direction but only for a few seconds and then the light will blink 10 times. it will not rin in the up direction at all. ????? |

| Any time the main lights blink 10 times it is a sensor problem. They are either misaligned or you have a wiring problem. Is the light on both sensors lit? When the lights blink does the door return to the open position or does it not move at all? |
