| I have a Sears GDO model # 139.53627srt that came with a house I bought. Unfortunately there is no manual. I recently replaced the photo sensors because the GDO wouldn't close unless you held down the button on the wall control or used the remote. So I fixed that problem but now the remote doesn't work at all even after replacing the battery. I assume that the it somehow reset the codes and the remote is no longer in sync. Any help would be appreciated.

| On the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go you will find a button. First, press and hold down the button on the remote and then press and release the button on the back of the motor unit. If you have no other problems this should program your remote. |
