craftsman garage opener

I have a craftsman 315mhz 1/2 hp opener and both remotes stopped working at the same time. The wall control light is solid and not flashing.

I tried to reprogram, both on the wall unit and the opener it's self. The overhead lights on the opener had stopped working a while ago but we adjusted. Now it appears that their flashing is required to see if programming has worked. Anyway does anyone know how to reprogram the two remotes?

Sounds like your receiver has quit working. To program the remotes do this:

Press and hold the button on the remote while you press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for each remote. If this doesn't work your logic board is bad.
