Craftsman Garage Door Opener Problem

I posted this once, but I don't think it took, so I'm doing it again.

My Craftsman garage door remote control will open my garage door, but it won't close it.

I have already adjusted the up and down dials on the main unit, and I have adjusted the safety sensors which seem to work fine. If you block the sensor, the garage door will go up if it is going down.

The manual says that the sending eye should glow orange and the receiving eye should glow green. Both eyes are glowing green. I don't know if this is what the problem is.

The garage door closes fine from the door console and from the keyless entry.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Thanks!!!

You say it won't close. What does it do? If it starts down and then reverses and the main light flashes 10 times it is a sensor problem. Make sure the receiving sensor light is not flashing ever so slightly. Try tweaking them a bit.
