| Hi, Ive been looking for pics myself. There are a few sites that show plans. I googled garage with apartment and found about 5 different sites. I wish they showed more actual pics of the interior but mainly there are just plans or a pic of the outside structure. There are some cool looking ones out there though. Good luck and if you find any let me know. Im thinking of building one myself. |

| I am looking at building just a single car carriage garage (to use primarily as an art studio, but on the foundation of an existing dilapidated detached garage). I saw some very cool kits to DIY this at Summerwood.com, but I don't know if they would look flimsy in real life, or how the cost compares to building a garage from scratch. If any of you check them out, will you tell me how the cost compares to the other options you're considering? Thanks! -Melissa |
