| I closed my garage door and once completely shut, it began to open again. It goes up to about the 3/4 point and stops. My sensors are not loose. When I put my hand over the sensor, the sensor green light goes off on one but the other sensor green light will not go off. What do I need to do to make it function normally again? |

| First thing I would do is look closely at the door springs. Sounds like one of them could be broken causing the door to be extra heavy. You can try disconnecting the door from the opener and testing the door yourself. It should be easy to open and close and you can judge it pretty well if your wife can do it with no strain. Post back. |
