Garage door bumps when opening

The garage door bumps the header lightly, particularly when going up. It will not open up completely without a little help. Should the door be adjusted or is the motor weak? Or something else? It is an Overhead Door chain drive with a single spring above the door.

When the door hits the header there is a problem with the door hardware. The drive gear could be going bad causing the needing help to open problem or you might try increasing the 'up force' adjustment which is on the end near where all those white wires go.
