Resetting Dip codes on sears receiver model # 139.18570

Hello:

I lost my remote for my sears garage door opener # 139.18570. I messed up setting the codes & tampered with the codes on the receiver.

I don't know what the original codes were fro the receiver, how can I reprogram?
