How's the Liftmaster Hercules HCT501130

I live in a condo building with 14 units and garage underneath. The garage door is very loud and so we're looking to upgrade to the Liftmaster Hercules model (HCT501130). We were quoted around $1,500 for the garage door openner and installation. Two questions:

1) Does anybody know anything about this model? Is it as quiet as I hear, and will it reduce the loudness of the garage significantly for the owners that are directly above the garage?

2) How does the price sound? I know it's a more expensive model, but that still seems high, even for a commercial product?

It's chain driven. Apparently they don't make commercial apartment building garage door openners in belt. This one is supposed to be much quieter though, but that's what I'm trying to figure out.
