| Hi, I'm thinking of buying the Liftmaster Grage door opener to replace my 13 yearold crap. Bought the house in October, it's a loud opener, button clicker remotes barely work. Is a grage door opener a DIY project (it's a replacement) or leave it to a professional?
While I consider myself an above average DIY, I realize there are just some projects to keep hands off (like plumbing and sheetrocking) |

| If you have a decent mechanical aptitude it should not be too bad. |
