garage Door won't close completely

I have Challenger series 3000 garage door closer in my garage. For last couple of daye it won't close completely but stays just 4-5" above ground. It is working perfectly in every other aspect. It operates well with remote or without remote,and apparently everything looks o.k.

I request friends in this forum to please help me and tell me where I should look and what could be the possible causes of this problem?
