I have chamberlain liftmaster garage door openers. Recently programmed 09 Toyota sienna homelink to work with these garage doors

Only issue is that the Sienna homelink just won't open/close the doors sometimes. I was lucky to not throw the standalone remotes away which I use to open in such cases.

Any ideas why it works inconsistently?
