| I have an issue with my opener where I can hear the motor but does not move the chain. I opened the cover and found plastic shavings. One of gears was completely gone. I tried to remove the gear, but I am having a hard time removing the roller pins above and below the gear. Is there a trick to removing these gears ow should they come out easily? Thanks in advance for your help |

| You only need to remove the roll pin from the bottom of the gear and it will slide off. If you buy the new gear it should come with instructions. |
