| Our remote garage door openers will only work intermittently. They seem to work better in colder weather. When the remotes don't work the keypad on the outside of the garage door will not work either. The wall unit will always work but not the remotes. We have changed the batteries on both remotes. Any suggestions of what to check next would be helpful. |

| The remotes and the keypad send a radio signal that is received by the logic board which is going bad. It could be a loose connection on the PC board which is affected by the temperature. No easy answer here I'm afraid. |
