| I have the silent drive 5500 series. I have the fct3b keypad. I just bought this house and need help resetting the keypad. Does anyone know how to, I tried everything. Thanks. |

| I found a contact number 1-877-HOERMANN. I don't know if that is a misprint or not. Also if you go to this website and click on contact you can send them an e-mail and maybe they will answer your question.
