I just recently replaced the drive gear on my GDO and during testing I noticed that my limit switch is expecting the reverse of what is happening. The "down" direction is only stopped by the "up" contact and vice-versa. I know the wiring is correct for the limit switch since I never disconnected the wires (brown is down, yellow up and grey in the middle). I've tried "tricking" the door using a piece of wire to complete the circuit on the contacts it expects but it still moves past the limits in both directions. It seems like this would be an easy fix but maybe I'm just missing the obvious. Any help would be great.
