Sears Craftsman GDO remote not Working

All I know is that it is a Sears Craftsman 1/3 HP. The remote I have is a rather large one button. It has several dip switches as does the opener. All the switches, + - O are in the same position. The battery is brand new. It did work at one time. Any help would be appreciated, Thank You.

Most likely it has just failed but it could also be the receiver which is part of the logic board.
