| When I push the remote button my automatic garage door (liftmaster) it opens and then shuts. It lifts all the way but does not stop there. It then proceeds to close the door. Also the chain is loose and I need to know how to tighten it. |

| Does the door ever open or close on it's own and will it stop when it hits the ground? Sounds like you may have circuit board issue. |

| Adjustments to the chain should be in the manual. If you don't have one, they are usually available online. Write down the model # so you get the correct one. Ron |
