2 Garagr Door Remotes, one works other one not HELP

i have a Sears Craftsman GD Opener with 1 remote. I purchased a new chamberlain universal remote for the system to now have 2. Problem is I can get either one or the other to work no problem but not both at the same time and we need 2 working remotes. any help??

Sounds like you were sold the wrong remote. Take the model number off the motor unit. It begins with 139. and make sure you get the correct remote.
