Door won't open-buzzing noise

Just installed a new .5 hp Genie screw drive. After everything is connected, STB showing the right colors, I press the wall button to open it for the first time. All that happens is the lights come on and a 1 second buzz sound, like I got the answer wrong in a game show. The door works manually. The wall control is a one button, otherwise I would suspect something is locked. Thoughts?

I would start at step #1 and make sure I followed every installation step exactly. Sounds like you may have missed something along the way.

Double check the way you put together the screw drive. Make sure the coupler that connects the motor to the screw shaft is correct. Sounds like something is not right with the way the shaft is put together.
