Garage door wont close all the way

I have a garage door that will not close all the way to the ground on ONE SIDE ONLY. Even when I disconnect the automatic opener, the right side goes to the ground while the left side leaves a gap of about 1 inch.

Recently the door has also developed a "Bounce" while opening. I replaces all of the hinges, rollers and lubed the tracks, but cant get it to work properly.

Any ideas?

The tracks don't need lube. The rollers are supposed to roll. Check your door springs.

Springs seem ok, but what should I be looking for they seem to be equal lenght on both sides when not under tension

You should be able to tell if one is broken. Check that gear.

I have now replaces all hinges ( a few of them were bent ) all of the rollers, all of the wheels for the cables and the springs, but the door still is not closing all the way to the ground on the right side. Any further Ideas, or should I just call someone to come and look at it? THanks
