I am not familiar with Stanley sensors but I doubt very much if they will work with that opener. Different manufacturers usually have different ways of doing the same thing. But you can try. You will be able to open the door but not close it if they don't work. The right sensors for your opener are still available at Sears and they run around $40.00. For lubricant: T-rail and gears use white lithium grease. Motor and sprocket bearings do not need lubed and the chain never.

The wires for the original door sensors are color coded and they must be attached properly. One wire from each sensor is solid white and goes to terminal #2. One wire from each sensor is white with a black stripe and goes to terminal #3.
