Water in Sensor

I'm hoping someone can help me. The garage door won't go down regardless of which remote used, and after making an adjustment, my 17 year old looked carefully at the sensors and noticed there's water in one of them. Is there any way to remove the sensor, dry it out and reinstall? Or must I spend money calling the garage door folks to replace the sensor? (and please, God, let that be inexpensive)

Any guidance you can give would be most appreciated.

RE: Water in Sensor

Never mind. We went and bought two new sensors, DS installed them and all works well again.
