Door will not go up or down when you push wall button or remote button only the light blub will come on. can anyone help. Thanks

Check to see if the trolley is jammed against the bolt just in front of the motor unit. If so, loosen the chain a bit and then remove the bolt. Run the unit until the door is down. On the left side of the motor unit you will find the 'up limit.' Turn this 2 or 3 turns in the opposite direction of the arrow printed on the cover. Be sure to replace the bolt and tighten the chain. Don't over tighten. Let us know how you make out.

No ,stll does not work. Motor does not run. When push button only hear a click noise. Motor does not run.

Look at the small LED just to the left of all those white wires and see if it is flashing a code. If it is it will flash then pause and then repeat.
