New Shed - larger foot print or lofts?

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a new shed. I don't need anything huge - just something to store mowers, camping supplies, etc.

I can get a 10x12 lofted shed or a 10x16 "regular" shed for about $2400 - it's built on site and not portable. Both have 6' sidewalls - it's just the roof height that's different. I have an acre yard so no space/zoning issues. Trying to figure out if I'd rather have space up top to put things or more floor space (where I could put cabinets to store things...).
