outdoor key pad

I have a Model 139.53684 key pad, I tried to install it awaile back. Never got it to work. Now I would like to try
again. I forgot code I was using. Anyway to start over with new code No.

RE: outdoor key pad

Find the smart/learn button on the rear of your motor unit just to the left of all those white wires. Press and immediately release it and then walk over to your keypad and key in any 4 digit number and press enter. If you have the correct keypad for your opener it should work.
