| Hello,
I posted last week about a problem that was happening with a brand new Craftsman GDO that I installed. The remotes only worked at very short range...3-5 ft. The end result was a cordless phone system that I installed earlier in the month It is a GE DECT 6.0 wireless system with the answering machine at the base unit, I also have 4 other remotes that all pick up the base units signal When the Sears Technician arrived the unit was acting up, As we started to eliminate things that could interfere with the signal the culprit was the cordless phone!! I hope that this post helps any one suffering with this short range problem fred- |
