| I have a craftsman garage door wireless keypad. 4 yrs old. I can not clear the passwords to resent. I have taken the battery out for more than 24 hours. |

| Taking the battery out doesn't do anything. You need to do this: Locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to your keypad and key in your new 4 digit code and press enter. |
