My garage door opener will pause, sometimes 15 to 20 seconds before opening or closing! It then operates normally. I have changed the batteries in both remotes. It also does it with the house button, ie, hesitates. After you have operated the opener and it goes through its function,if you then imediately push the button or remote to open or close, there is no pause! Can i change a transmitter or some simpler part and make this thing work normally? Thanks for your help
