| Hey, guys. Been reading through alot of the previous advice; hope you can help me, too!
I have an 8-year old Craftsman model #139053675srt2 chain drive 1/2 HP opener. The garage door is stuck about a foot off the driveway. When I push the button it goes down about 6 inches and then returns back that 6 inches. There is no obvious obstruction, as I released the door from the trolley and the door moves smoothly. The opener operates the same way without the load of the door. Checked the chain track, looks good. Checked the safety beams, too. There are no blinking lights on the board, and no dimming of the lights. Nothing I can think of gets it back to normal. Please help!
