| I bought a modular couch made by the Pinehurst Furniture Co,, Candor, NC about 25 years ago. I'm a novice about furniture and am trying to decide if this is good enough quality to reupholster. It seems to have wood (not plywood) framing, and has springs (mostly sprung), I do like these particular modular pieces (I have 5) but it will be fairly expensive to reupholster (minimum: $3,000). I searched for Pinehurst Furniture Co but it's not on the Web so I assume it's out of business. If anyone knows whether it produced good quality (worthy of reupholstering), I'd be grateful for your info/advice.
Thanks!
