| I was recently horribly let down by Restoration Hardware, who neglected to inform me that 2 chairs that I had ordered were going to be 3 months delayed (having already waited 3 months). As we were moving overseas, this was not going to work. Someone had recommended Casco Bay as some of their products were similar to those sold by RH. I spoke with Robert who immediately got the situation sorted out. They rushed our order through the system and one month later we had taken delivery of our chairs. I would never hesitate to recommend Casco Bay to anyone, the order was turned around quickly, the chairs are of exceptional quality, better then the RH ones, and cost less too!
Above and beyond the call of duty, these guys were understanding, professional, and extremely customer oriented....... JUST AMAZING! I wish I had known about them before going to RH, I will never place an order again with RH if Casco Bay has the same item. |
