PB Sectional here and I am disappointed!

I debated forever and finally purchased the PB Pearce Sectional. It arrived last Thursday, I really love how it looks and I like the fabric. It is very stiff. It does not feel like the one in the store at all...I went to 2 different stores and chose it because it was very comfortable. Now I don't know what to do. I spent all this money and wanted something comfy...it's not very comfortable. Does anyone have it? Did it soften up? Mine was manufactured in June 2010. I think they may have changed how they make the cushions from the one that was in the store. Pls help me!!!

The one in the store has had thousands of people sitting on it. Give yours time. It will loosen up. If you want to reassure yourself, contact PB and ask if they've changed their cushion filling. If they have, you might have a reason to return it, if you decide to.
