| Hi, I am trying to restore a mid-century lounge chair that is named Z chair. It did not come with the original webbing. Quick search said this type of chair uses Pirelli rubber webbing that you supposed to attach to the metal piece that is fixed to the chair. But the chair does not have the type of opening shown on the website - there are holes that webbing should go through and a stick to hold the webbing. I am not sure what type of webbing I should get for this chair, and also how. I think I should make a loop and sew up the edge, so rubber is not an option is it? Appreciate any suggestion. |
