cleaning leather furniture

My husband spent a lot of time (not to mention money) picking out a new leather recliner for himself. After an elderly relative visited, we noticed a couple spots of what is undoubtedly incontinence (not sure which variety) on the seat cushion. Years ago when we purchased a leather sofa, we were told to use a bit of neutrogena soap on any spots, which works beautifully. However, I think this chair is the untreated leather. I tried the above solution, which dries OK, but does nothing for the stains. Anyone have any suggestions before I call the salesman? Worst case, guess we purchase a new seat and hope the dye lots match. Haha-should have gone with DARK brown! I know it's only a chair, but argh...!
