classic leather

Hi
We are getting to the point of our new construction to think about furnishings. We have a defined living area of around 13 x 16 interior walls. Two walls of windows, vaulted 14' tongue and groove ceiling beam across the opening which opens to a fireplace and then dining area. We are thinking of a 10 x 10 classic leather sectional in the living area and then we would get two swivel chairs in front of the fireplace that could be moved into the living area if needed. Two questions : Is the sectional too big for that space? It is 10k and very comfortable, but expensive. Is that a reasonable price for Classic leather?
I posted a photo of the living area. It's hard to see because of the scaffolding. The other windows are to the left of the photo and the TV would be on the right wall. We would put the sectional underneath both windows facing the TV I'll try to post a photo of the entire area Thanks
