brand/ hardware ID please

This piece of furniture has been handed down a few times, and has no identification on it. I believe it's a scandanavian furniture maker, and is an rta piece. My problem is that several of the clips that hold the shelf in have broken, and I can't finish assembling it in our new house. Can anyone ID the hardware for replacement or the brand of furniture so I can contact manufacturer?
