I have a hardwood top table that's an indoor dining table - it's just sitting in the garage taking up space (and hopefully selling on Craigslist someday) - but I was wondering if we could use this table outside on our lanai? A "lanai" is a screened in back patio in Florida.

In our case, our lanai has an extremely large covered area - so the table would only be exposed to the humidity - not rain.

Winter humidity is a lot less than summer humidity - but it's still currently 60% and can go much higher.

Would this hurt the table? I'm thinking because it's hardwood it should not be a problem.
