 o
Leather loveseat/chair and denim jeans???

I'm considering two LaZBoy (Pinnacle) recliners, and a matching loveseat, for our small TV room. DH wants his recliner to be leather; the color is up to me. A medium taupe goes best with the upholstry I'm considering.

We wear denim jeans 95% of the time. A friend insists the blue denim will bleed into the color of the lighter leather?

Will we ruin our leather furniture with blue jeans?

This is not high end furniture, but it is a big investment for my budget. I want it to be "nice," and not look tatty in five years.

I thought the loveseat and DH's recliner could be leather; my recliner could be a coordinating fabric. Or, should the loveseat and my chair both be be done in fabric, and DH's recliner in the leather?

I don't think the color will rub off...but it's very likely the rivets will scratch it.
