Glass top cocktail/end-table w/bases made out of twigs

My mother is looking for a unique piece of furniture-a glass top coffee table with a base made out of twigs. She saw it on a website out of South Africa and asked where she could purchase in the U.S and they said they do not ship here. has anyone seen anything like this or know of a store she could find such a piece of furniture?

We got a custom grapevine table base made by a company in VA (SierrArts), but the owner died shortly after we received ours, and it appears the company is no longer in business.
