Replacement cushions

I bought a pair of mid century chairs and need to get new cushions made for them. I'd like to go with something more comfortable than just foam, so I'm looking at an Envelope Seat Box Cushion Filled with Down/Feather with a Foam Core in the middle. Any suggestions or things to consider?

I found a site online www.cushionsXpress.com Does anyone have any experience with them?

I have not used this company, but they do offer a number of cushion options and construction. Prices are reflective of 100% markup but this is to be expected selling to individual consumers.
If going with a down and feather envelope seat cushion just make sure that they use a high thread count (300+) cotton calendarized if your cushion covers are fabric, non-calendarized if leather cushions and all sides of the envelope is down proof ticking. Also I would go with the better grade foam core HR2620
