Will This Coffee Table Work In Our Space?

Hey, quick question for those who have a second to weigh in. Were in the market for a coffee table, but because we have a lot of natural wood finishes in our open layout sitting room/dining room as it is, weve shifted our search to non-traditional materials and spotted the attached zinc top coffee table. Few questions before we purchase (well have to purchase today to get their 25% off discount).
First, our sofa (attached, but in a different fabric than what we purchased) is 87" wide. The coffee table is 65" wide, but its thin (20" deep), which works in a sense because our space is sort of small. My concern is that the coffee table breaks from the 2/3rds the length of sofa rule of thumb. I guess my question is, should we be concerned, or do you think the open frame base design and thinness of it will help to balance it out?
Second, has anyone had experience with zinc-faced furniture, is it difficult to maintain?
Third, will the coffee table work in our room (sitting room chairs attached). Also attaching a pic of our adjoining dining room for reference. Thanks. Links to the coffee table that we're considering and the the sofa that we've already purchased are below for additional reference.
